Indication and Benefits

The three fruits that make up Triphala are known individually for their own benefits.

Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) this has a cooling effect on the body that supports and regulates normal liver and immune system funtions

Bibhitaki (Terminalia Belerica) this is beneficial for supporting the respiratory system.

Haritaki (Chebulic Myrobalan) removes toxins and helps maintain healthy weight.

Its used for, 

Gastrointestinal motility disorders.
Functional and chronic constipation.
Dyspepsia.
Gastroparesis.
Constipation associated with piles, cardiac patients, and postoperative conditions.
As a health supplement during convalescence.

Direction of Use

Adults: One capsule, twice a day or as directed by your physician.
(Children may find it difficult to swallow capsules. Hence, Pure Herbs capsules are recommended for children ages 14 years and above.)
