It is a medicated soap composed primarily of:

Monosulfiram 5% w/w (active ingredient)

TFM 75%

Directions for use: 

As directed by the physician. For external use daily in place of the toilet soap, till chance of infection remains.

Lather liberally, pay attention to folds of skin. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Do not use if there is a history of any adverse reaction during previous use.

Over application of Tetmosol is unlikely to cause adverse effect.
