Indications and benefits

Both capsules contain calcium to support bone health and black cohosh extract (popular herb used to relieve symptoms of menopause).

However the morning capsule also contains green tea extract (antioxidant properties to boost immunity), ginseng extract (prevent fatigue and keep energised)

The evening formula contains, valerian extract and hop flower both have relaxant properties known to decrease stress and anxiety and melatonin (sleep hormone that regulates the sleep wake cycle). During menopause the melatonin levels naturally decrease therefore by supplementing them it addresses sleep problems.

Manufacturer recommends for menopausal women daily,

One (1) a.m capsule to be taken in the mornings after breakfast.

One (1) p.m capsule to be taken at night before sleeping.
